Meet Our New Administrative Assistant!

Photography: Alpine Productions

Hello! My name is Ellisha Hall, and I am the new administrative assistant for Wilson County Convention & Visitors Bureau. I am a University of Tennessee 2020 Alumnae (Go Vols!) with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While at UT, I was a Resident Assistant in university housing and Vice President of Future Professional Event Planners. I am originally born and raised in South Carolina, but I have been lucky enough to call Tennessee my home for the last 10 years. I am a lover of all country music; the beach is my happy place and Dolly Parton is my spirit animal.

I recently got married to my husband Garrett at the end of 2021 and we are excited to meet our sweet baby girl in September. A little fun fact about Garrett is that he is a Lebanon High School graduate and a former assistant football coach for the Lebanon Blue Devil’s youth league. Garrett was born and raised in Lebanon so through the years we knew we wanted to put roots down here.

I am excited to be a new part of Visit WilCo! I am excited to assist in Paint WilCo as well as the other major events happening around the county.  I look forward to being more hands-on in the community and being a friendly face as it grows throughout the years!

Meet Our New Marketing Specialist!

Hello, readers! My name is Whitney Embry, and I am the new Marketing Specialist for Wilson County Convention & Visitors Bureau a.k.a. Visit Wilco. I am a proud MTSU alumnae (Go Raiders!) and graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. While at MTSU, I was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority and the American Marketing Association. I am a social media guru, lover of all things girly, and a frequent shopper at Aldi.

My husband, Conner, and I have been married almost 3 years. We were college sweethearts and have been together since freshman year! Conner is an engineer in Nashville and you can usually find him at the local Home Depot (tell him I said hello if you see him haha!) We moved to Lebanon in 2019 shortly after we got married and fell in love with this community. Most recently, we brought home the sweetest Aussiedoodle named Hallie.

I am thrilled to be an integral part of the Tourism Department for Wilson County! While I may not have been born and raised here, it has quickly become my home. My goal is to be a friendly face and a resource for our local businesses and visitors. I am looking forward to using my marketing skills to showcase more of what our great county has to offer!
