Natural Fiber Extravaganza by Alpaca Owners Association

There is something for the entire family from competitions, seminars, workshops, vendors, and live animals.
With over 40 unique hands-on workshops covering topics such as knitting, dyeing, felting, and spinning, there is something for every skill level and interest. Vendors will be on-hand selling the tools of the trade, fiber, yarn, and finished products. A fiber display will be available where you can touch and learn about the many types of natural fiber.
Stop by on Saturday and compete in the Fastest Crochet and Knitting with Chopsticks Contests. Relax in the knitting circle with friends. Watch the fashion show featuring garments made from natural fiber. And don’t forget to visit the live animals for photo opportunities! We will also have a free Alpaca 101 class for those interested in learning more about these unique animals.
